64 m3 Hardox Tipper Trailer from Arslan

Arslan Damper will provide a big advantage to its customers with new developed 64 m3 new generation Hardox body trailer in order to carry sunflower seeds, pulp and similar light products. The name of the new model is ARS 12000.

64 m3 ARS 12000 developed in Arslan Tipper facilities located in Aliaga Organized Industrial Zone gets big attention.  ARS 12000, developed by the Arslan Damper engineers, is more advantageous  and weights 1 ton lighter than the classic trailers.Moreover, it is suprisingly well ahead against the traditional trailer in strength and volume sizes.Traditional high volumed trailers weight 13 tonnes and have a 50-52 m3 avarage volume capacity. The new generation tipper trailer developed by Arslan Damper weights 11,5 tonnes and has 64 m3 volume.Trailer lightens in tonnage level also it has the maximum volume.

We are on the top with 64 m3.

The director of the ARS 10000 project and the production manager of Arslan Damper Mr. Haldun Türkoğlu said about their new model, “ upon so many demands  reached to our factory, we reviewed our current high volume tipper trailer models.We desire to develop our products by developing technology and to supply the market demands. In particular the claims from Thrace cubic meters requires expansion.Especially interested in sunflower seed transportation needed high cubic meters. As Arslan Damper, we studied on these claims.  As a result of our work on a long-running purists we have developed ARS 12000. The tipper part of our trailer is made of SSAB make 3,2 mm. Hardox wear sheet material.  After the strength calculations,  by coursety of special twist on the trailer body, we make the upper box more resistant and more though against impacts.We used the solid plates that make up the body. This gives us the advantage of making the top profiles from the wear plate. The reason why we choose the wear sheet is we want a strength and flexible steel. In order to easily load and carry different types of products, we put two diversion cover on right and left sides of the tipper. On the tailagte we made a tonnage application. This is an important detail in order to ensure the tailgate smooth operation and to absorb the big pressure in the tipper.

If we generally mention about ARS12000, the inner length is from the floor: 12000 mm., inner height: 2400 mm. and inner width:2250 mm. so the volume is 64 m3. There are two hydraulic lifting in the body. The front lift has six stages and the middle stage has seven stages to do a safe and balanced unloading. On the chassis we put heavy duty brake drum axles and use 6 mm. domex steel sheet. In addition to the aesthetic appearance we have added functional applications which is very useful for the end-user. Hydraulic locking tailgate and additional ladder on the tailgate. After a long-running project phase we tested in the field and the ARS 12000 have received positive reviews. I think we respond to the demands of the sector.
