Gurantee Policy

All our products are under gurantee of Arslan Damper. Our guarantee time is one year. The manufactring defects during the gurantee time  are fixed by our company in the shortest way.

The parts that we procured from other companies are also under the guarantee of Arslan Damper. (Pumps, PTO, Hydraulic cylinder, etc.) Arslan Damper is obligated to fullfil the customers’ claims during the period of fixing and changing the defective part.

How do I benefit from the guarantee?

- Every manufacturing defaults are fixed by our company.

- In order to benefit from the techical service, we should be informed two days ago.

- We do have Help-Desk. You can get simple information from our help desk.

- The parts which are procured from other companies are changed in our facilities.

- The defects which cannot be fixed in the field, can be fixed in our technical service or by our contracted services close to the field area.
