The dimensions of the body depends on the vehicle chassis measurements.
It is uselful to carry the pallet and various cargos which are suitable.

Inner length : 6800 mm.
Inner height : 8000 + 250 mm
Inner width : 2400 mm.
Chassis:
6 mm thickness made of ST 44 steel, U-construction.
Inner reinforcement 4 mm. thickness made of ST 44 steel.
Tipper body 3 side cover
One extra 25 cm. height extension on the top.
The supporting profile is 3 mm. and made of ST 44 steel sheet.
The floor traverses is in U twistling shape.
Floor thickness : 4 mm ST 37
Side walls thickness : 1,2mm DOCOL
Front Wall thickness : 2 mm ST 37 steel sheet
Tailgate thickness : 1,2mm DOCOL
The operating system of the tailgate is manual. Opening both on rear and side.
Shelter thickness : 2 mm ST 37 steel sheet
Painting:
Before the painting, the body is washed with special chemicals to purify the waste materials and cleaned by sand blasting method.
After the pasting on the necessary surfaces of the body, the two-coat epoxy primer and two-coat water-based paint is applicated on the body.
All painting applications are made in the painting cabin.
